Abstract

The transforming process from tradition to modernity is a process in which human rationality is growing. The trend that small cities grow up into great cities or metropolises seems inevitable. City diseases thus can present significant obstacles that almost all countries have to deal with. However, little attention has been directed to the desired expansion, the decreased endurance and “the price of high speed”. Urbanization can also solve problems. The appropriate governance of city diseases can solve rural diseases. Different approaches to city diseases can be a reflection of human nature.
